Position Overview
Corryville Catholic School is seeking caring, dependable, and student-focused Teaching Assistants to support our classrooms and help ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed. Teaching Assistants play a vital role in fostering a positive learning environment by supporting teachers, assisting students, and helping maintain smooth classroom operations.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children, enjoy collaborating with educators, and are committed to helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities
Support classroom teachers with daily instructional activities and classroom management.
Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce academic skills and learning objectives.
Assist with preparing instructional materials, classroom organization, and learning centers.
Help maintain a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment.
Support students during transitions, lunch, recess, arrival, and dismissal.
Assist with monitoring student behavior and reinforcing school expectations.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success.
Maintain confidentiality regarding student information and school matters.
