Grades 9-12: Testing Coordinator/Part-Time (60%): Mount Notre Dame High School, in partnership with Hamilton County Educational Service Center, is seeking a part-time (60%) School Counselor to assume the role of Testing Coordinator.  The start date is flexible, ranging from now to June 2024.
The Testing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the administration of standardized testing for grades 9-12, including the High School Placement Test, IOWA Assessments (Fall and Spring), PSAT, pre-ACT testing, Accuplacer, OLEPA and AP Examinations.  Additionally, this person will serve as an ACT and SAT supervisor for all administrations scheduled on Mount Notre Dame’s campus.  The Testing Coordinator collaborates with the Academic Support Department to advocate for students requiring accommodations.  This individual also manages data for recordkeeping, analysis, and communication needs.
This position requires a collaborative mindset and strong skills in communication, organization, time management, and student advocacy.  The ideal candidate will respect confidentiality of student data and possess robust digital/technology skills.  Experience with academic advising, standardized testing, Naviance, and/or other technology-based programs is desirable.
Education:
– Certification/License in Counseling
– Master’s degree in Counseling preferred
