Theology Teacher (2026–2027 School Year)

We’re looking for a faith-filled and passionate educator to join the Fenwick family. This is an opportunity for you to help students deepen their understanding of the Catholic faith while supporting Fenwick’s mission of academic excellence, spiritual growth, and whole-person development.

In this role, you’ll teach engaging theology courses, foster meaningful faith formation, participate in school liturgies and campus ministry activities, and accompany students as they grow intellectually, spiritually, and morally. If you’re excited about sharing the richness of the Catholic tradition, encouraging thoughtful discussion, and helping young people develop a lifelong relationship with Christ, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on generations of Fenwick students.

You must be able to meet the Archdiocese of Cincinnati’s certification guidelines for high school religion teachers. In addition, you must possess a bachelor’s degree in theology, religious education, religious studies, or a related field with substantial theological coursework.  Preference will be given to candidates who meet, or are eligible to meet, the Archdiocese of Cincinnati’s certification guidelines for high school religion teachers, including preparation in theology and secondary education. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to Catholic education, ongoing faith formation, and creating a student-centered learning environment.
