Join Pastoral Center colleagues, Beacons Liaisons, and Pathway Leads in learning more about how to minister from your strengths, and how to bring this resource to your office, department or Family Leadership Team.
Our colleague, Leisa Anslinger – an experienced Strengths facilitator – will help you understand your Top Five talent themes, what they mean, and how they can help you serve the Church more effectively.
Leisa will also discuss how offices, departments, and Family Leadership Teams can use this powerful tool, including how to build strengths-based ministry teams for lasting impact. We will also share how the Center for Parish Vitality can support this in the coming months.
