Mass and lunch are included. \nLocations\n\nMarch 7: St. John the Baptist\, Tipp City\nMarch 14: Good Shepherd\, Cincinnati\n\nIn collaboration with the Center for the New Evangelization\, we are welcoming Shane Legg to lead sessions on recruiting volunteers and effective marketing and communication. DESCRIPTION:The goal of Phase 3 of Beacons of Light is for Families of Parishes to begin to build an ecclesial culture that will sustain mission. Such a culture must be rooted in evangelization and discipleship. \nJoin us for a two-series workshop that will help your Leadership Team\, Evangelization Team\, and Parish Leaders form an imagination for mission. Each workshop will lead your team through the Process of Evangelization and Discipleship. Participants will leave with a shared language and framework for evangelization and discipleship that will impact every level of your ecclesial culture! \nEvery story of conversion has a “before” that precedes the “after.” The stages before initial conversion are a critical part of every journey of discipleship. These stages prepare the soil for the Good News to take root in a person’s life. Join us as we break open the stages of pre-conversion including pre-trust\, trust\, curiosity\, openness\, and seeking. SUMMARY:Bereavement Training for Priests
DESCRIPTION:Heaven’s Gain Ministries and Reviv are teaming up with the Respect Life Office and Priest Personnel to present a one-day workshop for priests on the mindset and trauma associated with stillbirth\, miscarriage\, & child loss and how priests can best serve these families. Many families leave the church after experiencing the loss of a baby\, but as a caring priest\, you have the ability to help them understand that God did not abandon them.  The training will include real-life testimonies\, relevant statistics and opportunities to practice with your peers. Since one in four pregnancies end in loss\, this is an essential area for all priests to be able to serve women and families in grief.  CLICK HERE for more information and to register for this event.
