It is important that we expand our definition of text when we create text sets
for students in grades 2-6. Text sets should not only include books, but also
podcasts, articles, blog posts, videos, and more. In this session, we’ll look
at ways to build a text set that includes a variety of media. We’ll also explore
resources for finding text that is appropriate and accessible for students.
