She has served as a teacher, administrator, adjunct professor, and director of numerous professional development initiatives around the country. Before joining 95 Percent Group as their Chief Academic Officer, Laura was the Chief Innovation Officer with The Reading League and the Chief Academic Officer for Professional Development at Highlights for Children. She presents nationally and internationally and is a published author. Susan Adelmann, Vice President, Digital Platform, 95 Percent Group
Susan Adelmann has been an evangelist for technology innovation in K-12 schools for over 18 years, with a software product development career spanning four decades. Susan founded 10 Signals LLC, a product management consultancy focused on emerging EdTech products and held prior product leadership positions at School Messenger and Follett. Her passions and energies have focused most recently on engaging UX design, cloud-based platforms, personalized teaching and learning, and natural language processing / AI, all in service of helping teachers teach and students learn.
