Alternative Licensure – Administrative Specialists- Years 3, 4- Cohort 2
Holders of the alternative administrative specialist who are looking to complete the requirements of year 3 and 4 for their licensure.
Important Session Information:
- Cultivate and demonstrate adaptive leadership practices that promote a shared vision, foster a culture of collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.
- Engage in and facilitate ongoing job-embedded professional learning that leverages data-driven decision making and reflective practice.
- Design, refine, and implement systems that identify, develop, and empower staff through coaching, mentorship, and distributive leadership models to build organizational capacity.
The HCESC Alternative Licensure Program for Administrative Specialists Years 3 and 4 aims to provide structured professional development for candidates in Years 3 and 4 of their licensure journey. This initiative ensures that participants meet the necessary competency and leadership standards through targeted learning experiences. In addition, candidates will be required to participate in a structured mentoring program in conjunction with their district or employer.
This program is for administrators who have completed years 1 and 2 for their alternative administrative specialist licensure and want to complete years 3 and 4 of the program as required.
