Important Session Information:

District and business leaders from across Hamilton County will come together for a one-day Design Challenge centered on a critical question: Too few students graduate with meaningful workforce exposure. How might we strengthen our partnership with the BAC and local businesses to design impactful learning experiences that change this reality?

A Design Challenge is a structured, collaborative process that brings the region’s voices together to generate creative solutions to a shared problem. Using the framework of a design sprint, a fast-paced approach to problem solving that moves from defining challenges to prototyping solutions in a single day, participants will engage in hands-on collaboration, share insights across districts, and co-create strategies that no single system could accomplish alone.

This event is designed as an incubator for possibilities. It will give leaders and business partners a chance to surface barriers, imagine new opportunities, and test potential solutions that connect students more directly to the region’s vibrant workforce. By the end of the day, participants will have developed prototype ideas, identified priority strategies, and built stronger cross-district and business relationships.

Together, we will lay the groundwork for bold, student-centered innovations that prepare every graduate for the future that awaits them.
