There is no “secret” to improving student outcomes. Studies have proven that the heart of great teaching is based in positive teacher-child relationships. Attend this edWebinar to learn more about the proven outcomes that stronger teacher-child interactions have on children’s academic and lifelong success. We’ll share with administrators and instructional coaches the supports they need to lay a groundwork of continuous quality improvement in their programs. Teachers will gain a better understanding of how the things they’re already doing in the classroom are effective in helping their students thrive.

Attendees will:

  • Understand what defines effective teacher-child interactions
  • Learn more about the research behind the power of the CLASS tool
  • Learn how to recognize great teaching in action and use data to identify opportunities for celebration and improvement
  • Take away short-term and long-term tips and solutions that can help every teacher and every child succeed

This edWebinar will be of interest to PreK-3 teachers and school and district leaders. There will be time for questions at the end of the presentation.

Before coming to Teachstone, Becky worked as both a preschool teacher, working with children ages 2 to 5, and as a coach and CLASS observer for teachers working with children from 0 to 5. During this time, she used CLASS to help herself and others make informed decisions about classroom interactions.
