pHCLE Blended Learning Cohort

• Gain a deeper understanding of Human Capital Management Foundations including HCLE Guiding Principles, Strategy, Process Management , Risk Management and Experience Management.
• Focus on strategic talent acquisition including the planning and preparation, recruitment and hiring.
• Explore talent development strategies including orientation and onboarding, performance management, and training and development.

Audience:  HR Department Staff, Building Leaders, Head of Schools, Public, private and charter school executives, educator preparation faculty.

The Blended Cohort prepares participants to become a Certified Professional Human Capital Leader in Education (pHCLE). All learning aligns to the updated pHCLE standards. The professional-level standards outline the competencies that leaders in PK-12 and related organizations need to strategically manage human capital processes at the department, team, or individual level.

This is a Blended Learning Program, with two days in-person followed by self-paced online learning with 12 months access. Coursework will cover: Foundations of Human Capital Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Total Rewards.
