8:30-11:00- TEACHER

Following the completion of the mid-year diagnostic, this session will guide teachers through an in-depth review of student growth reports to uncover meaningful trends and instructional priorities. Participants will learn how to interpret key data points, identify areas of strength and need, and collaborate to develop targeted action steps that directly inform classroom instruction. Dedicated time will be provided for teachers to analyze their own class data, reflect on growth toward goals, and plan next steps for differentiation, intervention, and enrichment.

12:00-2:30- LEADERS

Following the completion of the mid-year diagnostic, this session will guide school leaders through a comprehensive review of building-level growth data to identify schoolwide trends, strengths, and areas of need. Leaders will analyze key growth and proficiency reports to evaluate instructional impact, monitor progress toward school goals, and determine priority areas for the second half of the school year. Time will be dedicated to examining grade-level and subgroup data to inform instructional alignment, resource allocation, and support structures that promote continued growth across the building.
