Session Description:

Following the completion of the mid-year diagnostic, this session will guide teachers through an in-depth review of student growth reports to uncover meaningful trends and instructional priorities. Participants will learn how to interpret key data points, identify areas of strength and need, and collaborate to develop targeted action steps that directly inform classroom instruction. Dedicated time will be provided for teachers to analyze their own class data, reflect on growth toward goals, and plan next steps for differentiation, intervention, and enrichment.

Outcomes:

• Deepen understanding of growth and proficiency report.
• Identify instructional priorities using mid-year data.
• Create actionable classroom plans to support continued student growth
