Our Lady of sorrows is hiring a part-time (Flexible 20-29 hours per week) Director of Religious Education. The Director of Religious Education provides the leadership, administration & supervision of volunteers for all adult and child faith formation programs for the parish, including the Parish School of Religion (PSR), Small Church Communities, Bible Study & Sacramental preparation. Candidates will have the ability to lead faith formation opportunities and to equip parishioner volunteers to carry out the faith formation programs for every age at Our Lady of Sorrows. Position is eligible for 401k, sick, personal and vacation time.

Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish has an immediate opening for a part-time accompanist.  Qualified candidates will work with the Choir Director in planning liturgical celebrations. The organist should also be able to work with various accompanists to enhance musical pieces as needed. Duties include:

  • Playing multiple weekend Masses
  • Evening weekday practices
  • Playing for funeral and wedding Masses, as needed

Must complete and maintain Safe Parish training and background check.
