The Youth Ministry Coordinator will oversee the parish’s religious youth ministry programs. The coordinator’s primary goal will be to lead young people and their families into an encounter with Christ in the Church. St. Clement Church/School in St. Bernard is seeking a part-time, possibly full time, person to handle the finances.  The parish uses Paylocity for payroll.  The business manager will need to convert the accounting to Parish Soft.  In recent years an outside accounting firm has been doing the accounting work.  Over the coming months, there needs to be a closing of various small accounts and merging them into the main account.

Knowledge of the Archdiocesan systems will be expected.  Applicant needs accounting and finance knowledge, human resource skills and managing payroll.  Salary will be commensurate with experience and standards of the Archdiocese.

The Music Minister at Catholic Campus Ministry, Wright State University (WSU), is responsible for providing liturgically-appropriate music for Masses and prayer services on Sundays and Wednesday evenings, as well as other occasions.  This individual is also responsible for recruiting student music ministers/cantors and leading their rehearsals.  The Music Minister is an integral part of the campus ministry team whose work responds to Jesus’ call to proclaim the Gospel and make disciples.

The Music Minister collaborates closely and congenially with the entire staff of Catholic Campus Ministry at Wright State University.  The Music Minister must be a model of professional conduct and always represent the Archdiocese of Cincinnati with honesty and integrity.

The Community of the Good Shepherd located at 8815 E. Kemper Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45249 is looking for a part-time receptionist to work evenings and weekends. The average hours per week will be 8-10 depending on the shift. The successful candidate will join a group of four other staff members who provide coverage for the front desk. Hours are Monday through Thursday 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The focus of the position is to assist parishioners and guests who phone/visit the front office. Other duties include typing up Mass intentions each day, posting contributions, completing various copy jobs and other projects in support of the full-time staff, assembling parish mailings, and making sure people are connected to the proper staff person to have their questions and needs addressed.

Clear communication is essential for this position. Computer experience is required, especially with Word and Excel.  Experience working in a non-profit setting would be helpful, but not required. Training is provided for this position.
