The Good Shepherd Catholic Montessori (GSCM) is located in the Madison Place neighborhood of Columbia Township, Ohio, on a 13-acre campus. Serving over 200 students from Preschool through 8th Grade, GSCM provides an education that is both deeply Catholic and authentically Montessori. Our mission is simple: Always Catholic. We are the only school in the area to offer both a fully implemented Montessori program and Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS), integrating faith formation into the daily life of the child. Position Overview
GSCM is seeking a part-time Intervention Specialist for our Middle School environment (Grades 7âEUR”8). If you thrive in supporting others and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, this position may be an excellent fit. This role is part of the Student Support team and works collaboratively with classroom teachers to meet the diverse learning needs of students. The Intervention Specialist supports students with IEP goals and provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions for other students, helping to ensure access to the curriculum and meaningful academic progress. The ideal candidate possesses a deep respect for the adolescent, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to support both students and lead teachers. Montessori experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates should be willing to learn and support the Montessori method.

Schedule: Approximately 10 hours per week (Thursday 10:30 to 3:00pm required)

Responsibilities
Provide direct support to students with IEPs in alignment with established goals
Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions for students needing additional academic support
Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt and modify curriculum and instruction
Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate documentation
Participate in Student Support team collaboration and communication

Qualifications
Valid teaching license in Special Education required
Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and support staff
Montessori experience preferred, but not required
Familiarity with the Jon Peterson Scholarship Program preferred
Ability to meet Archdiocese of Cincinnati SafeParish requirements
Successful completion of a background check prior to employment

After School Care Director

St. Jude is a suburban Catholic school on the west side of Cincinnati with a supportive family and team oriented environment. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic After School Care Director, starting in August 2026.  The successful candidate will be organized, punctual, and personable. Basic responsibilities include working with the Principal to hire and schedule staff, organizing calendars, parent communication, planning activities, ordering materials and food for the students, and maintaining behavioral & medical records. The successful candidate must be available from 2:00-5:30 p.m. on school days. This is an hourly position.
