Xavier Jesuit Academy is proud to partner with OptimALL Services to bring specialized
learning support to our students. The following positions, employed directly by OptimALL
Services, have been created to meet the growing needs of XJA’s learners as we continue
expanding our mission of forming young men to be leaders and Men for Others. We invite
passionate educators to join this effort and make a lasting impact in the Bond Hill
community.
Be part of a bold, innovative team furthering Catholic education for all types of students in
our area. Full or part-time positions employed by OptimALL Services are available for the
2026-2027 school year, serving students at Xavier Jesuit Academy. OptimALL is a nonprofit
dedicated to helping Catholic schools serve the needs of ALL learners. Since 2016,
OptimALL has served 45 Catholic schools in the Cincinnati area.
