The Triangulation Lab: Connecting the Dots Across Multiple Data Sources
Powerful school improvement occurs when leaders connect multiple sources of evidence rather than relying on a single data point. Participants will learn how to triangulate demographic, perception, student learning, and school process data to uncover patterns, validate findings, and identify root causes. Through collaborative case studies and activities using their own school data, participants will practice moving from isolated data points to a comprehensive understanding of school performance.
