From Insight to Action: Building a Strategic Improvement Plan
Collecting data is only valuable if it leads to meaningful action. In this session, participants will transform their data findings into a focused improvement plan by identifying priorities, establishing measurable goals, selecting evidence-based strategies, and defining success indicators. Participants will develop a strategic action plan that aligns school improvement efforts with the data collected throughout the year and strengthens Tier 1 systems for all learners
