Is It Working? Monitoring Progress & Sustaining Improvement

Continuous improvement requires more than creating a plan—it requires monitoring implementation and adjusting based on evidence. Participants will learn how to establish meaningful progress monitoring systems, evaluate implementation fidelity, conduct effective data meetings, and use ongoing evidence to refine school improvement efforts. Leaders will leave with practical tools to sustain momentum, celebrate success, and ensure improvement efforts continue long after the plan is written.
