The Catholic Community Foundation of West Central and Southwest Ohio is seeking a Donor Support Coordinator.

The Donor Support Coordinator performs a wide variety of tasks for the Foundation, especially in donor relations and database management. This position is part time, with flexible hours, and home-based.  The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for gift entry, data management, and donor stewardship for the Foundation. This role includes daily gift entry and thank you letters, ongoing database management, and organizing the Foundation’s donor stewardship activities. This is a position that requires a strong attention to detail, an exceptional level of maturity, a friendly, compassionate personality, and a positive attitude. This position also requires a high level of integrity and confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, work in a team-centered environment, and interact with a diverse population of personalities in person, over the phone and via e-mail, are key requirements of this position.

The Archivist administers a fully integrated archives and records management program for the Franciscan Sisters of the Poor, a multicultural and international religious congregation. The Archivist preserves and administers the historic records considered to be of enduring value; develops archival policies and procedures and assists those using the congregational archives. The Archivist manages sensitive and confidential materials relating to legal, financial and administrative functions of congregation and safeguards the confidentiality of information in all aspects of daily duties.

Spiritual Care Minister – Full-time, Exempt; weekend/evenings as needed

The Sisters of the Precious Blood are currently seeking a Spiritual Care Minister who would provide pastoral care and support for our retired Sisters residing at Salem Heights or other health centers.  Salem Heights is an independent living retirement community, located in Trotwood. The purpose of this position is to provide for the spiritual life of the Sisters in their retirement, allowing them to live fully their vowed, consecrated life. The Spiritual Care Minister works as a team member with the administrator of Salem Heights and the Health and Wellness Coordinator/Nurse Advocate.  Prior pastoral ministry, counseling and/or spiritual direction is preferred.  Being a Roman Catholic and a woman is required.

The Jesuit Spiritual Center is seeking post graduate young adults interested in serving in youth ministry. For 10-months Ignite Missionaries work as a member of the Jesuit Spiritual Center Youth Ministry Team and live in intentional faith community with their fellow missionaries. Ignite Missionaries have the unique opportunity to accompany young people in their relationship with God through retreat ministry steeped in the tradition of St. Ignatius of Loyola. Ignite Missionaries are provided with housing, a communal food stipend, and a personal monthly stipend. They will also receive professional training in retreat ministry and personal spiritual formation throughout the year.
