The Diocese of Greensburg currently seeking passionate, Christ-centered, people-focused leaders to serve as Regional Directors of Formation and Discipleship. This key position supports and advances our diocesan mission by overseeing and coordinating formation processes across multiple parishes.

Qualified applicants for the Regional Director positions must:

Be a practicing Catholic in good standing (a registered member of a Catholic parish faith community).

Believe and profess the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church and be able to promote and proclaim them.

Have familiarity with various models of catechetical formation and youth ministry models.

Have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive to multiple locations with self-provided reliable transportation.

Have Advanced Certification or the equivalent in the Diocese of Greensburg or make a commitment to complete the certification within 24 months of employment.

Successfully pass Criminal Background Checks and complete Safe Environment requirements for the Diocese of Greensburg and maintain this clearance.

The position is full-time exempt. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends, is necessary to succeed in this position. The Regional Director will have office and storage space at multiple locations.

Position Summary: Support the mission of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur through the discovery, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of annual gifts, major gifts and planned gifts. Reporting to the Director of Mission Advancement, the Associate Director of Development will manage a portfolio of approximately 150 prospects, manage direct mail and planned giving programs, develop plans for annual events and work collaboratively, in a team style. The Associate Director will serve as Ex officio member of the Development Advisory Board. Participates in the planning of the overall Mission Advancement program. Evening and weekend event availability, including some travel, is required. Will perform other duties as assigned.
