– Bachelor Degree and licensure in Special Education (Intervention Specialist)
– Valid Ohio teaching certificate or licensure
– Appropriate criminal background checks
– Demonstrate evidence of strong organizational and communication skills
– Ability to generate, record, and maintain data
– Ability to administer, score, and interpret standardized tests
– Knowledge of the Ohio Department of Education model curriculum and Ohio’s New Learning Standards

This individual must be able to meet the needs of students and care for their physical environment, emotional health, and safety while affirming their abilities, making educational progress, and striving to promote dignity in all relationships. Experience with Autism is preferred.
