School Secretary/Full-Time: The Secretary provides secretarial and clerical support for the school office operations.

Major Position Responsibilities and Regular Activities:

1. Provides secretarial support for the school
– Performs typing, word processing, proofreading and editing materials.  Duplicates and distributes materials.Must have a
– Processes incoming and outgoing mail.
– Establishes and maintains a comprehensive filing system for student files and records.  Maintains and updates student records including data on attendance.
– May maintain tuition and fee schedules.  May develop and update record keeping system on an annual basis to ensure that fees collected are recorded accurately.
– Coordinates the registration process for new students.  Ensures that parents have received and accurately completed all necessary forms.
– Provides other assistance as needed.  May contact substitute teachers, assist in completing an annual inventory, and process purchase orders.
– May coordinate parent volunteers.

2. Handles communications/telephone system
– Screens calls for principal
– Handles routine questions
– Greets and meets visitors

– Must have proficient key boarding skills
– Must have knowledge of, and skill in using personal computers and word processing programs

2. Education, Training and/or Experience
– Previous training on or applicable experience using computer hardware and software required

Alumni Engagement Officer/Full-Time/Reports to the Director of Advancement
The Alumni Engagement Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive engagement program designed to continue meaningful relationships and increase involvement with graduates of Roger Bacon High School and Our Lady of the Angels High School.
This person will work closely with the Director of Advancement and Director of Marketing & Alumni Engagement to identify and execute opportunities to actively engage with alumni, identify new donors, update alumni contact information on file and increase alumni support of school initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement and annually evaluate an alumni engagement plan
– Recruit and maintain list of class leaders to help promote reunions, meetings and activities
– Regularly update alumni contact information for new and existing constituents
– Regularly input information in database for alumni engagement tracking, event attendees, volunteer attributes, etc.
– Maintain and manage the alumni portion of the Roger Bacon website ensuring all content is regularly up to date
– Provide day-to-day support as it relates to alumni engagement and annual giving
– Maintain regular communication with alumni utilizing an array of platforms including email, social media, Roger Bacon website, Tradition magazine and other outlets
– Research and identify alumni for stories to be highlighted for the Tradition magazine, social media and the Roger Bacon website
– Research and investigate current, new, and innovative methods to effectively communicate with alumni encouraging them to participate in alumni events and return to campus
– Assist Director of Marketing & Alumni Engagement in creating marketing materials for giving opportunities and/or special programs
– Support Director of Marketing & Alumni Engagement in developing a marketing plan and messaging calendar
– Support Director of Marketing & Alumni Engagement and Tradition Magazine editor with any needs regarding magazine
– Attend monthly Alumni Association meetings and act as a liaison between the school members

Grades 9-12: Testing Coordinator/Part-Time (60%): Mount Notre Dame High School, in partnership with Hamilton County Educational Service Center, is seeking a part-time (60%) School Counselor to assume the role of Testing Coordinator.  The start date is flexible, ranging from now to June 2024.
The Testing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the administration of standardized testing for grades 9-12, including the High School Placement Test, IOWA Assessments (Fall and Spring), PSAT, pre-ACT testing, Accuplacer, OLEPA and AP Examinations.  Additionally, this person will serve as an ACT and SAT supervisor for all administrations scheduled on Mount Notre Dame’s campus.  The Testing Coordinator collaborates with the Academic Support Department to advocate for students requiring accommodations.  This individual also manages data for recordkeeping, analysis, and communication needs.
This position requires a collaborative mindset and strong skills in communication, organization, time management, and student advocacy.  The ideal candidate will respect confidentiality of student data and possess robust digital/technology skills.  Experience with academic advising, standardized testing, Naviance, and/or other technology-based programs is desirable.
– Certification/License in Counseling
