Grades PS-8: Administrative Assistant/Part-Time: Holy Family is looking to fill a part time (25-30 hrs/week) administrative assistant position.  Primary tasks will include answering phones, greeting visitors, helping log and maintain student and school data, managing student registration, managing the EdChoice Scholarship program, and managing other projects as they come about.  Though not required, the ideal candidate may have previously worked in a school environment, experience in customer service, experience working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoyment of working with young people.  This is and 11-month position (August-June).  This position follows the school calendar during the school year and also requires office hours during the month of June and August.

Associate Director of Finance position is salaried and full-time.
Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
Financial Management

  • Oversees the preparation of Generally Accepted Accounting Principle financial statements and schedules while providing appropriate commentary on results to management and externally as required.
  • Prepares journal entries, reconciliations, and analytics for various account balances.
  • Ensures accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
  • Assists with the annual operating budget, forecast, and long-term financial plan.
  • Payroll preparation and administration.
  • Assists with the preparation, coordination, and successful completion of the annual audit by an outside firm.
  • Develops and implements workflow process improvements and automation of accounting work papers.
  • Serves as a key resource and delivers financial analysis to other departments seeking financial information and assistance.
  • Assists in developing strategic financial models to help estimate cost and predict the future impact of current decisions.
  • Supervises & advises staff and performs periodic performance evaluations, sets goals, and develops training for staff as appropriate.
    • Develops appropriate accounting controls, timelines, and procedures and ensures adherence.
  • 7+ years of accounting and management experience preferably in the nonprofit education sector.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Advanced knowledge of accrual accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Advanced knowledge of general ledger software; experience with Financial Edge preferred
  • Ability to solve problems in financial statement reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash receipts.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize work, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deal effectively with a variety of employees and patrons.
  • General ledger ownership and ability to analyze and evaluate financial information.

Seton High School, an all-girls Catholic high school sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati, seeks a school year based Mental Health and Wellness Clinician.  The school based clinician provides mental health psychotherapy to adolescents, children and families in an outpatient, school-based setting.  The clinician supports the mission of Seton High School in supporting students through crises/mental health challenges with a treatment team approach, and will support the goal of each student working within her Least Restrictive Environment. The candidate should uphold and model a moral code consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church, Sisters of Charity, the mission of Seton High School and Catholic education.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • The clinician will be responsible for providing services related to the delivery of mental health care to assigned faculty, staff and students at Seton High School.
  • The clinician will demonstrate strong clinical and assessment skills and is instrumental in furthering the mission of Seton High School.
  • Provides mental health and wellness services and programs that foster prosocial skills and school engagement.
  • Works in partnership with the Academic Advisors, School Social Worker, School nurse and Administrators to identify the mental health needs of students.
  • Creates individualized treatment plans according to student needs and circumstances.
  • Meets with student caseload regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Conducts ongoing assessments of student progress in coordination with Seton administration, staff and family.
  • Provide counseling activities including but not limited to: enhancing coping skills, providing family functioning interventions, promoting communication and social interaction, school accountability and improved attendance; parenting education, substance abuse education and/or treatment, mental health counseling,
  • Develop staff in-service training programs in consultation with the Director of Student Support Services, Program Coordinator and School Social Worker.
  • Provide transparent and proactive communication to the Director of Student Support Services and Principal/Assistant Principal.
  • Participate in special education assessment meetings as well as Individual Educational  Planning Meetings and consulting for the Intervention Assistance Team as needed.

License and Experience

  • Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • At least two years of full-time experience working with students in need of mental health services.
