St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Parish in Ft. Thomas, KY is seeking to fill the position of Business Manager due to an upcoming retirement. The current incumbent will continue in the role until a replacement is on board. This part-time position (approximately 20 hours) reports to the pastor regarding all financial and other business-related activities of the parish. Candidates will have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, have previous accounting/bookkeeping/business experience, preferably in a Catholic parish or school. Must be skilled in current software and online applications, be organized, and able to work without direct supervision. Must pass a background check. Candidates need not be Roman Catholic but must be living a life consistent with Catholic values and be supportive of the Catholic mission.

The St. Paul the Apostle Family of Parishes (All Saints Church and St. Vincent Ferrer Church) is seeking a qualified candidate for a full time Director of Communications to join our staff.  The Director of Communications serves and supports the Beacons of Light Family of Parishes initiative in its mission of communicating and facilitating a parish culture which creates intentional disciples of Jesus Christ.  The primary responsibility of the position is to maintain, create and implement a cohesive internal as well as external communications plan for the Family of Parishes.  The Director of Communications will plan, organize, manage, and oversee the successful completion of all communication aspects of the St. Paul the Apostle Family of Parishes and provide support to All Saints and St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Schools.  The Director of Communications is responsible for developing a vision relative to internal and external branding, parishioner and school family engagement and for identifying, assessing and defining targeted audiences and developing engaging and discipleship oriented communication tools to reach them.

The Associate Director of Youth Evangelization, a dynamic position, serves the St. Paul the Apostle, Family of Parishes (All Saints and St. Vincent Ferrer) by managing our youth catechetical programs and sacramental preparation for First Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation.  Must be a Catholic in good standing. Bachelor’s Degree in religious studies, sacramental theology, or pastoral ministry is required. Master’s Degree preferred.  Experience in parish ministry, especially in the areas of youth catechesis or sacramental preparation is key.  This is a vibrant ministry requiring a dynamic leader.

Full time.  Requires evening and weekend hours.

Mount St. Mary’s Seminary & School of Theology invites applications for a part-time learning assistant to work individually with seminarians to help them achieve their academic goals.

The learning assistant will provide personalized academic support as needed in such areas as course tutoring, study skills development, exam preparation, and written/oral communication skills. This is a unique opportunity for someone who values education and wants to advance our mission of preparing men for the Catholic priesthood.

This is a part-time (less than 20 hours per week) weekday position at the seminary campus, with flexibility for occasional online work sessions with students. A bachelor’s degree is required, and previous work experience in academia is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be able to work independently. A background in theology or philosophy is a plus but not required. The position will start with spring semester (January 6, 2025) and will follow the institution’s academic calendar.
