As the Payroll Administrator, you will:
· Manage biweekly payroll processing and related payroll activities.
· Support employee onboarding, payroll records, and benefits administration through Paycor.
· Serve as a resource for employee payroll, benefits, and timekeeping questions.
· Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and payroll-related recordkeeping.
· Partner with Human Resources, the Business Office, and other departments to support accurate payroll operations.
· Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage system capabilities more effectively.
Qualifications
· Five or more years of payroll administration or related experience.
· Experience with Paycor payroll processing and onboarding is required.
· Experience supporting payroll and benefits in a school, nonprofit, or similarly mission-driven organization preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
· Knowledge of payroll regulations, reporting requirements, and benefits administration.
· Strong Excel, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
· Strong customer service mindset and ability to build positive relationships with employees throughout the organization.
