The Pastoral Care Assistant works with the Director of Parish Life and the Pastor to provide direct personal outreach and pastoral care for parishioners. This care includes periods of illness, loss, and bereavement. The Assistant supports the Director of Parish Life and the Pastor in developing and maintaining best practices, programs, and contacts that enhance the pastoral care of parishioners.

We are looking for an experienced operations leader, an operations manager, nonprofit director of operations or business administrator, to run the day-to-day business of a growing, missiondriven organization. On July 1, 2026, St. Clement and St. Francis Seraph parishes amalgamated into one Franciscan parish. It now serves about 400 families, two Catholic elementary schools and a retreat center, along with a food pantry, a St. Vincent de Paul conference and other outreach to neighbors in need.

Many of our systems were built for a smaller organization. This role will assess what we have, keep what works, and build the finance, HR, technology, facilities and communications systems a larger community needs. If you have spent 5–7+ years making organizations run better, especially in social services, nonprofits or other community-serving work, and you want that work to serve a faith community, we’d like to hear from you.
