Primary responsibilities are as follows:
Answer phone calls, record clear and accurate messages, answer routine questions, greets and assist parish visitors in a professional and friendly manner, maintain and keep updated hard copy and electronic information for the RE Office, maintain sacramental records appropriately, perform appropriate data entry functions, assist in preparing for faith formation programs and Sunday classes, coordinate and follow up with volunteer training compliance, assist and support the CRE in accomplishing parish and office goals as needed.

Qualifications for the ideal candidate include:
Working knowledge and proficiency of using personal computers and office software programs, specifically Microsoft Office and Google, must be organized and have the ability to effectively and professionally communicate verbally and in writing, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a variety of persons, and have the ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.

The Music Minister will serve 2 parishes as principal musician, organist, pianist and choir director which will include 3 weekend Masses, weddings, funerals, school Mass and other services.

Saint Michael the Archangel Family of Parishes is seeking candidates for the following position: Associate Director of Youth and Young Adult Discipleship. This position is full-time with a regular but flexible schedule, working 40+ hours per week. The Associate Director of Youth and Young Adult Discipleship will serve as a member of the evangelization and Christian formation team. Ministry responsibilities include the following: evangelization and Christian formation with youth and young adults. The Associate Director is a person who is a fully initiated and practicing member of the Catholic Church.
