The St. Gaspar Family of Parishes  (in Dayton) Is seeking a resourceful and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team.  The successful candidate for this multifaceted role will be a practicing Catholic with excellent knowledge of the Catholic faith. The candidate must have a welcoming demeanor with a flexible personality who can adapt to in-person environments – interacting with staff, and families in a friendly manner.  Responsibilities include a variety of administrative tasks, requiring proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and an ability to learn parish management software and other programs as needed.  Candidates must have strong communication and writing skills, capable of serving as a liaison between the Pastor, his staff, and the community.  The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented in all tasks, outgoing, and professional.

The Our Lady of Light Family of Parishes, which includes the Church of the Incarnation and St. Francis campuses, is seeking an administrative assistant.  This is a full-time position.  Those interested in this position will be provide administrative support for the Director of Worship and other members of the staff as required and approved by the supervisor. Primary responsibilities include funeral preparation, church calendar tracking for worship, and other general administrative activities.
