Grades K-8: Librarian/Full-Time: St. Gertrude School is seeking a full-time, professional librarian to join our faculty for the 2024-2025 school year.  Candidates should be leaders in library science and have a background and experience in teaching with a passion to form students in truth, wonder, and wisdom through reading and inquiry.  The position includes selecting, acquiring, and maintaining a specialized Catholic collection of print and electronic resources to support the teaching and learning of the school’s curriculum.  In addition, the librarian assists teachers and students with selecting resources appropriate for their teaching and learning tasks.
Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and experience teaching children.  Requirements also include the Archdiocese of Cincinnati Safe Environment process prior to starting the position.  Candidate will be required to obtain a valid Ohio License.  A salary scale is utilized; therefore, the salary will commensurate with experience.
