Job Overview: Purcell Marian High School is seeking a dynamic and passionate American Sign Language (ASL) Teacher for the 2025-2026 academic year. Both Full-Time and Part-Time options are available. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in ASL instruction, a commitment to engaging and differentiated teaching, and a desire to contribute to the vibrant faith-based community at Purcell Marian. This position will teach multiple levels of ASL, with a focus on helping students achieve conversational fluency in the language.

Requirements:

· Must be able to plan and deliver engaging ASL curriculum aligned with Purcell Marian’s curriculum and academic expectations.

· Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learners.

· Integrate technology, active learning, and authentic ASL resources to enhance instruction.

· Collaborate with colleagues within the World Languages Department and across disciplines.

· Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff to support student success.

· Participate fully in the life of the school, including faith formation opportunities, staff meetings, and co-curricular activities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred.

· Valid Ohio teaching license or ability to obtain appropriate licensure.

· Fluency in American Sign Language.

· Prior teaching experience at the high school level preferred.

· Commitment to Catholic education and the mission of Purcell Marian High School.

Saint Ursula Academy, located in East Walnut Hills, is a Catholic, college-preparatory, secondary school for young women, started by the Ursuline Sisters of Cincinnati.
Saint Ursula Academy is searching for a highly organized individual to serve as a part-time (2 days a week) Educational Services Teacher, Intervention Specialist is preferred, for our renowned Educational Services program. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other specialists. This position will collaborate with other department members and classroom faculty to provide targeted academic support tailored to high-achieving students with learning differences or disabilities. In addition, this position will also assist in providing academic support for students whose plans call for individualized instruction. This person will also be responsible for monitoring student progress, collecting data, and adjusting interventions based on outcomes. The Intervention Specialist will serve as a liaison between general education teachers, students, and families to ensure appropriate accommodations and support services are in place and facilitate IEP meetings and ensure compliance with federal and state special education laws. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, an effective communicator, and adaptable to last-minute changes in routines and schedules while contributing to a positive, inclusive school culture that challenges and supports advanced learners with diverse needs.

A Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field is required, and a Master’s degree and valid Intervention Specialist or Special Education license in the state of Ohio are preferred.In addition, experience developing and managing IEPs is required with experience at the high school level preferred.

Purpose Assists manager and other kitchen staff in food preparation, kitchen clean up, cafeteria set up, cleaning and dishwashing

General Duties and Responsibilities

· Assists with food preparation as needed

· Fixes beverages, salads, sandwiches, snacks and simple desserts

· Assists with setting up the serving line

· Sets up garbage containers and utensil pans for self-bussing after the meal

· Serves as dining hall steward

· Washes dishes and pots and pans after the meal

· Operates the dishwasher

· Cleans and secures the dining area

· Sweeps and mops walk-ins, kitchen, refrigerator and dish washer rooms

· Responsible for checking in and putting away orders and deliveries in storeroom and freezer on days needed

· Responsible for heavy cleaning, including ovens, stoves and grills, when needed

· Performs other duties as required

Skills, Knowledge, and/or Abilities (SKA)

· Must be able to lift at least 35 pounds

· Must be able to mop, bend, stoop, stand and perform basic cleaning

· Ability to perform basic cooking
