St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Parish in Ft. Thomas, KY is seeking to fill the position of Business Manager due to an upcoming retirement. The current incumbent will continue in the role until a replacement is on board. This part-time position (approximately 20 hours) reports to the pastor regarding all financial and other business-related activities of the parish. Candidates will have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, have previous accounting/bookkeeping/business experience, preferably in a Catholic parish or school. Must be skilled in current software and online applications, be organized, and able to work without direct supervision. Must pass a background check. Candidates need not be Roman Catholic but must be living a life consistent with Catholic values and be supportive of the Catholic mission.

St Therese Parish in Southgate, KY (www.sainttherese.ws) is looking for a part-time parish Music Director to lead our parish in worship. There is some flexibility in the nominal fifteen hours per-week schedule. This opportunity includes providing music for three weekend Masses, selecting music for services, directing parish choir, and working with the pastor for the overall enhancement of parish worship. The candidate should have proficiency with organ and piano and have strong vocal skills. Availability for Holy Day services and funerals is a plus. Pay is commensurate with experience. St. Catherine of Siena Catholic parish in Ft. Thomas, Ky.  Small parish (about 370 families) with two Masses each weekend and other occasional services, such as Holy Day Masses and reconciliation services.  Friday morning Mass during the school year if possible.  Prefer someone who would also be available for funerals and weddings.  In addition, the opportunity (not a requirement) to teach one day per week in the parish school (K-8). Must be a good general musician and have good keyboard skills (both organ and piano), be able to direct our adult and children/youth choirs, prepare cantors, and be at least a decent singer (will be doing some of the cantoring).  Must be able to work with a wide range of people.  Must either be familiar with the Catholic liturgy or be willing to be educated in it.

St. Mary’s Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption Parish invites qualified individuals to apply for the position of Pastoral Associate. The Pastoral Associate fulfills a role integral to the life and effective functioning of the Parish and its ministries, partnering with the Rector of the Cathedral to provide overall leadership and direction for faith formation. Areas of responsibility and/or involvement will include assisting in the process and implementation of the Parish Pastoral Plan; meeting and consulting with parish committees and teams; communicating and coordinating with parishioners, groups, and other parishes within the deanery; direct pastoral care of parishioners; adult faith formation; Order of Christian Initiation of Adults; children’s religious education; and diocesan Safe Environment requirements. Preference will be given to candidates at least an undergraduate degree in pastoral ministry, religious education, theology, or a closely related field. Other requirements include spiritual maturity, defined in part as an actively practicing Roman Catholic who is in good standing with the Church, regularly receives the sacraments, and is faithful to the magisterium and Church teaching; good facilitating, consulting, and leadership skills; and previous experience in paid or volunteer parish ministry.
