The Dorothy Day Center for Faith & Justice (CFJ) helps students deepen their faith lives, discover purpose and work for a better world. The Senior Campus Minister for Service, Justice and Immersions is responsible for planning service immersion trips and advising the student Alternative Break Board, as well as coordinating the Summer Service Internship Program. This position works as part of a team to further the Center’s mission and explores the intersections of faith and justice, in all their work.  An active member of the Dorothy Day Center for Faith and Justice, this position is involved in departmental programs and represents the department across the university and in the local community.

Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center (OLHSC), a regional Catholic retreat center and Marian house of prayer, is seeking a full-time Managing Director.  Responsibilities include managing the daily operations of the Center, which includes areas of finance, communications, fundraising, retreats and programs, facilities, human resources, staff management, and long-term planning.  Candidate must have working knowledge in all these areas.  Must be available for weekend and evening events.  This position reports directly to the Board of Trustees.  Candidate must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.  Employment is contingent on passing all background checks.  Salary is commensurate with experience.

Full or part-time positions through OptimALL Services at Our Lady of the Visitation is available for the 2026-2027 school year.  OptimALL is a non profit dedicated to helping Catholic schools serve the needs of ALL learners. Since 2016, OptimALL has served 45 Catholic schools in the Cincinnati area. 

BASIC FUNCTION: To provide specially designed instruction to the students on the Jon Peterson and Autism Scholarships. This individual will work collaboratively with teachers and service providers to develop objective, measurable goals and determine appropriate accommodations for student individualized education programs.

EMPLOYMENT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree and licensure in Special Education (Intervention Specialist) Valid Ohio teaching certificate or license. Appropriate criminal background checks. Demonstrate evidence of strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to generate, record, and maintain data. Ability to administer, and interpret standardized tests. Knowledge of the Ohio Department of Education model curriculum and Ohio’s New Learning Standards. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of student records and school business.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrate knowledge of Special Education policies and regulations. Provide specially designed instruction to assigned students. Work collaboratively with staff and service providers for students on their caseload to develop individualized, objective, and measurable goals and objectives for students individualized education programs. Work collaboratively with teachers to determine appropriate accommodations and interventions for students for their individualized education program. Work collaboratively with teachers and service providers to complete IEP Progress Reports for those students on his/her caseload. Attend IEP and IAT meetings as requested. Establish and maintain positive rapport with students, parents, and others. Maintain professional behavior. Dress professionally and all other responsibilities as set forth by the Executive Director.

The Director of Music & (hereafter Director) is a full time (40 hours), salaried position twelve months of the year.  The Director reports directly to the Pastor and collaborates closely with the Parish Pastoral Staff.

The goals for the Director of Music & Liturgy will be:

  • to develop a prayerful, singing assembly through celebration, preparation, and evaluation and through education and personal ministry;
  • coordinate all liturgical music to ensure appropriate reverence, joy, and engagement by the congregation at those celebrations;
  • with the cooperation and assistance of all the parish ministers, the Director will support the gospel message through song and challenge the assembly to live it more fully.
