Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center is seeking a full-time Fundraising and Volunteer Manager to lead fundraising efforts to support the Center and manage volunteer recruitment. Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center (OLHSC) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the care, maintenance, and safety of our campus. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who values teamwork, stewardship, and service in a Catholic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate building and grounds plans, including preventive maintenance.
  • Serve as the primary contact for outside contractors, repair projects, and renovations.
  • Recruit, appoint, and supervise building and grounds volunteers.
  • Advise on risk management and safety policies.
  • Provide weekly building and grounds reports to the Managing Director.
  • Ensure compliance with local ordinances, insurance, and safety requirements.
  • Participate in monthly staff meetings.

Qualifications

  • Practicing Catholic in good standing.
  • 5–7 years of experience in facilities management (Catholic or nonprofit experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, landscaping, custodial services, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively with staff, volunteers, and contractors, including individuals for whom English is a second language.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate both mechanical and landscaping equipment.
