Glenmary Home Missioners seeks an enthusiastic, mission-centered fundraising professional to serve as a champion and ambassador for our ministry. This position prioritizes the cultivation and stewardship of donor relationships to generate sustainable revenue through major gifts and planned giving programs.

The successful candidate will bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, hands-on experience in nonprofit development, familiarity with planned giving vehicles, and a genuine passion for connecting with donors. This role requires some travel to meet supporters in person to deepen relationships and advance Glenmary’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Position Summary: Assists the Advancement Services manager in completing processes, data entry and clerical duties essential to the Mission Advancement Office for the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur. This position will support fundraising and advancement initiatives through prospect research, managing data and event planning within the Advancement Office. Works collaboratively, in a team style, to support the strengths and responsibilities of each member of the Mission Advancement staff.

Position Summary: Reporting to the Communications Director, the Assistant Communications Director will support the mission and ministry of the Ohio Province for the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur. The Communications team is responsible to convey a vision of spirituality that is both contemporary and theologically accurate. Participates in the planning of the overall Mission Advancement program. Works collaboratively, in a team style, to support the strengths and responsibilities of each member of the Mission Advancement staff. Evening and weekend event availability, including some travel, is required.

Located in Fairfield OH, Glenmary Home Missioners is seeking a Director of Evangelization.  The person in this position will promote the evangelization of non-Christians* by directing and supervising efforts toward, and personally being involved in, deepening relationships, promoting dialogue, living charity, and prophetically and prudently sharing the fullness of the gospel, with non-Christians. This position, within Glenmary, is one of leadership ministry, under the supervision of the Chair of the Evangelization Commission (or delegate), and in collaboration with the Commission.

*   The target audience for this position is non-Christians. This target audience is delineated as individuals who self-identify, or are living, as ‘unaffiliated,’ ‘unchurched,’ or NONEs (indicating that they have no religious preference), even though they may have some background in Christianity. Though the Director of Evangelization will likely engage ‘inactive’ Catholics, this group is not the primary audience for this position.
