The Director of Music & (hereafter Director) is a full time (40 hours), salaried position twelve months of the year.  The Director reports directly to the Pastor and collaborates closely with the Parish Pastoral Staff.

The goals for the Director of Music & Liturgy will be:

  • to develop a prayerful, singing assembly through celebration, preparation, and evaluation and through education and personal ministry;
  • coordinate all liturgical music to ensure appropriate reverence, joy, and engagement by the congregation at those celebrations;
  • with the cooperation and assistance of all the parish ministers, the Director will support the gospel message through song and challenge the assembly to live it more fully.

Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center is seeking a full-time Retreat & Hospitality Manager. This position supports the retreat activities of the Center by building relationships with parishes and Catholic organizations through outreach efforts as well as supporting groups who wish to use the Center for their own programs. The Retreat & Hospitality Manager will also help plan and execute special events in collaboration with the leadership team. Candidate must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.

Position Summary: Assists the Advancement Services manager in completing processes, data entry and clerical duties essential to the Mission Advancement Office for the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur. This position will support fundraising and advancement initiatives through prospect research, managing data and event planning within the Advancement Office. Position Summary: Reporting to the Communications Director, the Assistant Communications Director will support the mission and ministry of the Ohio Province for the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur. The Communications team is responsible to convey a vision of spirituality that is both contemporary and theologically accurate. Participates in the planning of the overall Mission Advancement program. Works collaboratively, in a team style, to support the strengths and responsibilities of each member of the Mission Advancement staff. Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center is seeking a full-time Development Manager to lead fundraising efforts to support the Center. This position also provides support for our newsletter that goes out 6 times a year and provides support with special events. The ideal candidate is flexible, able to manage multiple tasks, and brings a positive and supportive mindset to the Center. Experience with giving software and volunteer support is preferred.
