The Coordinator of RCIA provides coordination of the RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults for all five churches in our family of parishes.  This position will work closely with Director of Evangelization to create methods of recruiting persons interested in exploring the Catholic Church, provide hospitality and welcoming to inquirers and support the program of full initiation into the Church.  The Coordinator of RCIA will work collaboratively with the priests, worship, and music personnel to ensure all rites and liturgies are planned and prepared.  This position is exclusively for adult initiation.

The Director of Worship and music serves the Parish by coordinating all the liturgical and sacramental aspects of parish life.  This person would also be the principal musician and coordinator for other parish musicians and choir directors.  He/she is a close collaborator with the pastor, supporting the pastor and other clergy in the ministries of sanctifying, teaching, and governing. Must be a practicing Catholic and in good standing with the Catholic Church.

The Director of Evangelization serves the Parish by initiating, coordinating, overseeing, and actively taking part in the Adult Evangelization team, the RCIA team, and ministries related to missionary discipleship. He/she is a close collaborator with the pastor, supporting the pastor and other clergy in the ministries of sanctifying, teaching, and governing. Old St. Mary’s and Sacred Heart Churches are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant.  Candidates must be highly organized, proactive and able to handle sensitive information discreetly. Duties include, but are not limited to assisting the pastor, answering phones, assisting with parishioner and staff needs, maintaining databases, creating Sunday bulletins and monthly newsletters, ordering supplies, updating sacramental records, and assisting with other general office responsibilities. Previous experience in an office setting is required.

The Stella Maris Family of Parishes is seeking a part-time Music Director to serve as the organist/pianist for liturgies at both its St. Mary’s (Bethel) and St. Peter’s (New Richmond) parish locations.  The scope of the work would include weekend Masses, Holy Days of Obligation and other special liturgies, and potentially, weddings and funerals.
