The Life, Human Dignity and Charity Department is seeking a full-time/part-time Associate Director for Disabilities and Mental Wellness to advance a unified pastoral vision of belonging, inclusion and accompaniment with the Church. This position integrates ministry efforts serving persons with disabilities and individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. The Associate Director works directly with office staff, parishes, families and ministry leaders to ensure all people are welcomed, supported and able to fully participate in the sacramental and communal life of the Church.

This role can be structured as either a full-time position or a shared role between two part-time employees (15–25 hours per week each), depending on the qualifications and interests of the applicant(s) with job site option of Dayton or Cincinnati.

The Stewardship Department is seeking a full-time Development Officer to help implement a comprehensive fund development program for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. The Development Officer develops strategies and materials to inform, engage, and invite current and prospective donors to support Archdiocesan needs.

By fostering meaningful relationships with donors, prospective donors, and key community and business leaders, the Development Officer will be responsible for increasing annual giving to the Catholic Ministries Appeal (CMA), gifts for special projects and initiatives, and deferred giving.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of three years’ experience in secular or church development or related non-profit experience. Experience with Salesforce database system is a plus. Must be a practicing Roman Catholic, familiar with the structure and teachings of the Church and able to clearly articulate the mission of the Church and how donors’ participation directly assists that mission.

The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking a marriage evangelist for the role of Associate Director for Marriage Preparation. This position primarily supports the implementation of the Marriage Catechumenate throughout the archdiocese, and is part of the Marriage and Family Evangelization Team with the Center for the New Evangelization. This role works closely with parish leaders to mentor leaders in marriage preparation initiatives, coordinate the Genesis: Pre-Cana Retreat, and help form engaged couples for a lifelong, joy-filled sacramental marriage. The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic with strong theological formation, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for evangelization, marriage, and family ministry. This position requires collaboration with parishes, clergy, volunteers, and archdiocesan staff, along with monthly weekend events and occasional evening commitments throughout the year.

The Stewardship Department of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati seeks a motivated, organized and mission-driven intern for the summer of 2026 (10–12 weeks in total). The ideal candidate will have an interest in Catholic development and stewardship activities. This is an opportunity to gain experience in development operations within a diocesan stewardship office, donor engagement, special event support, database management, and stewardship and development services in support of parishes.

The Summer Intern will report to the Director of the Stewardship Department and collaborate with the entire department staff, as well as other archdiocesan offices as needed.
