The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking an Assistant Director of Risk Management to provide support and direct service in the area of Risk Management for all Archdiocesan Offices, Parishes, Schools, and other Archdiocesan Institutions. This position supports the Director in leadership across the Archdiocese for all Risk Management, Property, Liability, Worker’s Compensation and Unemployment Compensation based on Catholic Values and Principles and consistent application of policies and practices. This position facilitates the operation of the Property and Liability Self Insurance Program. It includes appropriate maintenance of records, as well as overseeing the financial reports and fund balances of the program.

The Tribunal Office of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati is currently seeking candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant II.

The Tribunal Administrative Assistant has the primary function of carefully transcribing interviews or dictation. When there is time, this person may also do filing, copying, data entry or shredding assigned to the Tribunal Case Managers who are canonical Auditors. The Administrative Assistant is a canonical Notary (nothing to do with a civil notary). Working with highly confidential information, the Administrative Assistant maintains strict confidentiality and is careful to follow proper canonical procedures which are taught on the job. An Administrative Assistant at the tribunal has all the rights and responsibilities canonically attributed to the ecclesial (Church) office of Notary.

The Catholic Telegraph, the official publication of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, seeks a talented, creative and organized Photography Intern for the summer of 2025 (10-12 weeks in total).  The ideal candidate will be passionate about capturing the beauty of the Catholic faith through the lens of a camera.  This is an opportunity to gain hands-on, start-to-finish experience in editorial photography, work alongside a dynamic team of creatives, and make a tangible contribution to an award-winning magazine and the Catholic Church in western and southwestern Ohio.

The Photography Intern will report to the Editorial Director of The Catholic Telegraph and collaborate closely with the entire staff of the Department of Communication & Evangelization. The Photography Intern must be a model of professional conduct and always represent the Archdiocese of Cincinnati with honesty and integrity.

The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is currently seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Archivist.  The Assistant Archivist assists the Archdiocesan Archivist to collect, preserve, and make available the official records of the Archdiocese and those ancillary records that reflect the work of the Catholic Church within the region of the Archdiocese.  The Assistant Archivist accomplishes this by processing records, reference duties, and other related tasks.

A preferred Master’s degree in Public History, Archives Management, or Library Science (with specialization in Archives Management) is desired. Work experience in diocesan, parish, or other religious organizational settings is also preferred.
