The Archdiocese Pastoral Center is seeking a Dayton/North Regional Director for Disabilities and Mental Wellness. The Dayton/North Regional Director for Disabilities and Mental Wellness collaborates with the Cincinnati Regional Director to advance a unified pastoral vision of belonging, inclusion and accompaniment within the Church. This position integrates ministry efforts serving persons with disabilities and individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. The Regional Director works directly with office staff, parishes, families and ministry leaders primarily in the Dayton/North regions to ensure all people are welcomed, supported and able to fully participate in the sacramental and communal life of the Church.

Part-time, 20-25 hours per week, flexible schedule.  Works out of the Dayton office.

The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking a full-time Associate Director for Hispanic Evangelization.  The Associate Director works in conjunction with the Hispanic Evangelization Team to live and execute the vision and mission of the Center for the New Evangelization in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. The Associate Director serves the mission by coordinating adult evangelization efforts for Hispanics.

The Associate Director collaborates closely and congenially with the entire staff of the Center for the New Evangelization (CNE) and the Department of Communication & Evangelization, as well as other archdiocesan offices. The Director of the Office of the Diaconate is responsible for the oversight and coordination of the Order of Deacon in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati through the administration of the policies of the Archbishop of Cincinnati and of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. This position provides regular communication, continuing formation (retreats and ongoing training) for the deacons of the archdiocese, and ministerial support for deacons and their families. The Director directs the Diaconate Office in the planning, budgeting, and implementation of office programs for the deacon community and for those discerning a call to the diaconate. This position establishes and oversees the selection process in collaboration with the Director of Deacon Formation and the Admissions Team. This person also works closely with the Director of Permanent Deacon Formation in the formation and training program for deacon candidates. The Director maintains a relationship with other offices of formation. This position requires some weekend and evening work and travel throughout the Archdiocese, as well as some national travel, as necessary. This position represents the Archdiocese as an active member of the National Association of Diaconate Directors (NADD).

The Stewardship Department is seeking a full-time Director of Stewardship & Development Operations to create, coordinate and oversee key campaigns and stewardship initiatives for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and its parishes. This position offers an opportunity to combine faith, leadership, and development expertise to help foster a culture of generosity and discipleship throughout the Archdiocese.

Reporting to the Director of the Stewardship Department & Chief Development Officer, this staff member plays a key leadership role in designing and implementing development and stewardship initiatives that support the mission of the Archdiocese and its parishes. The Director will oversee the annual appeal for the Archdiocese, the Catholic Ministries Appeal (CMA), work with parish leaders to strengthen offertory and stewardship efforts, and assist with major gifts, planned giving, and capital campaigns.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of three years’ experience in fundraising, program management, or similar fields. Candidates should possess excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills, along with experience working with donor databases and fundraising systems, preferably Salesforce. Must be a practicing Roman Catholic, familiar with the structure and teachings of the Church and able to clearly articulate the mission of the Church and Catholic teaching regarding stewardship and development.
