The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking a Director of Internal Communications. The Director of Internal Communications is responsible for developing, executing and improving internal communications efforts to: (1) build awareness, understanding, and buy-in to archdiocesan priorities and strategies; (2) help foster employee engagement in the overall mission of the Catholic Church and the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and employee understanding of their work as part of that mission; and (3) improve communication and stronger connection among priests, religious, and staff members across the archdiocese.

The Director of Internal Communications reports to the Director of Communications & Media Relations and collaborates closely and congenially with the entire staff of the Department of Communications and other archdiocesan offices. The Director must be a model of professional conduct and always represent the Archdiocese of Cincinnati with honesty and integrity.

The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking an Administrative Assistant III to support the Offices of Catholic Social Action, Respect Life, and Persons with Disabilities.  Responsibilities include coordinating office activities, managing communications and records, and supporting key programs and campaigns. The role also involves working with parishes and external partners, organizing meetings, travel, and events, handling basic financial tasks, and keeping daily office operations running smoothly through effective use of office systems. In addition, this position supports the Department of Life, Human Dignity, and Charity’s mission to advance the fullness of the Gospel of Life and Catholic Social Teaching through prayer, professional services, formation, and advocacy by mobilizing the local community, especially the Catholic faithful.

The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking an experienced leader in stewardship and development to serve as the Director of Leadership Giving. This position is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fund development program for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, with a special focus on major/leadership gifts ($5,000+ annually).

The Director of Leadership Giving will foster meaningful relationships with donors, prospective donors, and key community and business leaders. This staff member is responsible for the execution of a moves management program designed to increase giving to the annual Catholic Ministries Appeal, gifts for special projects and initiatives, and deferred giving. This staff member supervises and leads the Development Officer(s) within the Stewardship Department.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Catholic journalism, both in editorial and operational work, while being part of a dynamic team of creatives and making a tangible contribution to the Catholic Church in western and southwestern Ohio.
