The Director of Digital Engagement is an innovative change agent and collaborative leader responsible for ongoing content creation geared toward evangelization, while at the same time evolving and improving the digital platforms and approaches of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. The Director is responsible for: (1) writing and producing compelling digital content that brings to life the beauty, goodness and truth of the Catholic faith; (2) creatively driving engagement of Catholics, especially young adult Catholics, with this content; and (3) contributing both strategically and executionally to the various priorities of the archdiocese and the Department of Communication & Evangelization. The Director is the archdiocese point person for digital agency Heroic Strategies and email platform Active Campaign, as well as any future such digital providers.

The Director of Digital Engagement collaborates closely and congenially with the entire staff of the Department of Communication & Evangelization, as well as other archdiocesan offices. The Director of Strategy & Communication works in close collaboration with the Leadership Team of the Center for the New Evangelization (CNE) to lead all efforts in communicating the mission, resources, activities and value of the CNE and help evaluate the strategy for advancing the New Evangelization across the Archdiocese of Cincinnati (AOC). The Director manages all communications projects, both print and digital, and works closely with the Office of Communications to ensure a united, on-brand message. The Director manages ongoing execution and evaluation of CNE programs and initiatives, and aids in project planning across the CNE. The Director supervises the CNE Administrative Assistant responsible for event hospitality and participates in/represents the CNE at various events from time-to-time.

The Stewardship Department is seeking a full-time Development Officer to help implement a comprehensive fund development program for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. The Development Officer develops strategies and materials to inform, engage, and invite current and prospective donors to support Archdiocesan needs.

By fostering meaningful relationships with donors, prospective donors, and key community and business leaders, the Development Officer will be responsible for increasing annual giving to the Catholic Ministries Appeal (CMA), gifts for special projects and initiatives, and deferred giving.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of three years’ experience in secular or church development or related non-profit experience. Experience with Salesforce database system is a plus. Must be a practicing Roman Catholic, familiar with the structure and teachings of the Church and able to clearly articulate the mission of the Church and how donors’ participation directly assists that mission.

The Archdiocese of Cincinnati seeks a Superintendent of Schools to be a champion of faithful, integral Catholic formation and education that flows from the heart of the Church’s mission and charter for Catholic schools for its nearly 40,000 students in 110 primary and secondary schools, committed to evolving these schools into communities of evangelization for the students and their families. The Associate Director works with the Director to assist in creating and coordinating the respect life activities of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.  The Associate Director works in areas of education, pastoral care, public policy and prayer/worship, as outlined in the USCCB’s 2001 document, Pastoral Plan for Pro-Life Activities:  A Campaign in Support of Life.

The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Managing Director for College & Young Adult Evangelization who will direct the Young Adult team in the Center for the New Evangelization (CNE). The purpose of this team is to develop ministries and means for young adults to discover and live their unique and unrepeatable vocation in and through the Church. The Managing Director must be a missionary disciple passionate about introducing young adults to Jesus Christ and His Church. This individual must have a regular prayer life centered on intimacy with Christ and be able to pray easily with others. He or she must be a strong conceptual and strategic thinker who is able to lead by influence and creatively overcome barriers.
