The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking a Director of the Office for Pastoral Planning.  The Director of the Office for Pastoral Planning supports parish leaders in planning for a future of health and growth in parish life through effective pastoral planning. Collaborating with other offices within the Center for Parish Vitality and within the Pastoral Center, the Office for Pastoral Planning acts as a primary resource for Archdiocesan deans, pastors and parish leaders in the creation of pastoral plans, and facilitates the reception of pastoral plans by the Archbishop.

The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking a Graphic Designer to create beautiful and compelling print and digital design solutions for The Catholic Telegraph.  The Graphic Designer will be expected to understand and safeguard the brand and graphic standards of the archdiocese and its various ministries, work reliably and collaboratively to deliver output on time and on budget, and stay current in the evolving field of design and design technology.

The Graphic Designer reports to the Editorial Director of The Catholic Telegraph and collaborates closely and productively with the entire staff of the Department of Communication & Evangelization. The Director of Marketing & Communications leads the strategy, implementation, and coaching related to Catholic school marketing, resource development, and communication across the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. This individual manages communication projects, both print and digital, of the Catholic Schools Office in collaboration with other team members and the archdiocesan Office of Communication. This includes creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy, in addition to performing day-to-day maintenance of social media, websites, and communication platforms. The position also provides a variety of supports to Catholic school leaders.
The Director must be a model of professional conduct and represent the Archdiocese of Cincinnati with honesty and integrity.

The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking an Assistant Director of Risk Management to provide support and direct service in the area of Risk Management for all Archdiocesan Offices, Parishes, Schools, and other Archdiocesan Institutions. This position supports the Director in leadership across the Archdiocese for all Risk Management, Property, Liability, Worker’s Compensation and Unemployment Compensation based on Catholic Values and Principles and consistent application of policies and practices. This position facilitates the operation of the Property and Liability Self Insurance Program. It includes appropriate maintenance of records, as well as overseeing the financial reports and fund balances of the program.
