The Bookkeeper provides the day-to-day fiscal and operational support, computer input/output service for the parish and school. Duties include but are not limited to: recording and processing deposits, checks, payroll, tuition and management of the general ledger. The position includes full health and retirement benefits. Two years’ experience in bookkeeping required. Candidates must have Excel® experience, proficient keyboarding skills, ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters, and the ability to relate to a variety of persons. The Family of Parishes includes: St. Ann Church-Williamsburg; St. Louis Church/School/Cemetery-Owensville; St. Philomena Church/Cemetery-Stonelick; Holy Trinity-Batavia. The regional office is located in Clermont County Ohio in Owensville (approximately 8 miles from I-275).

The position:

This role is a hand-on position fixing general maintenance items including: plumbing; electric; HVAC; painting; and other general maintenance items.

You do not need to be an expert in any of these trades. This family of parishes is blessed to have parishioners who are experts in a variety of trades and are willing to teach and provide guidance.
