Student Development & School Culture
•       Foster a school culture grounded in respect, responsibility, and Catholic values
•       Develop and implement programs that support student wellness, character formation, and emotional health including overseeing the health and wellness component of our School Counseling Department and services
•       Partner with counselors, faculty, and families to support overall student success and well-being
•       Provide leadership and oversight for student attendance, conduct and the dress code
•       Partner with other administrators to build a joyful sisterhood of students

•       Athletics
•       Dance Team
•       MAP (My Action Plan) Program

Qualifications
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
•       A minimum of five years of experience as a teacher leader or administrator in a Catholic high school
•       Demonstrated leadership in student life, school culture, or student development programs
•       Strong technology skills and experience using digital tools to support school operations
•       Experience with school information systems (SIS) and learning management systems (LMS)

•       Master’s degree required
•       Administrative licensure complete or in process
