Position Overview:
Holy Family School is seeking a dynamic and visionary Assistant Principal to join our administrative team. The Assistant Principal will collaborate closely with the Principal to uphold the school’s mission and values while ensuring the overall success and well-being of our students, faculty, and staff. Holy Family is looking for a candidate that is willing to learn and grow in their skill-set and will provide professional development to candidates in areas related to the responsibilities of the position.
Key Responsibilities:
● Instructional Leadership: Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement effective
instructional programs that meet the diverse needs of our students. Provide instructional
support and mentorship to faculty members to enhance teaching practices and student
learning outcomes.
● Curriculum Development: Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of
curriculum standards and instructional strategies aligned with the school’s mission and
educational objectives. Continuously monitor and assess curriculum effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary.
● Student Support and Discipline: Support a positive and nurturing school culture by
implementing proactive strategies for student support and behavior management. Work
closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to address student needs and promote a safe and respectful learning environment.
● Professional Development: Coordinate and facilitate professional development opportunities
for faculty and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as pedagogy,
classroom management, and technology integration. Foster a culture of continuous
improvement and collaboration among educators.
● Parent and Community Engagement: Cultivate strong partnerships with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders to support student success and school initiatives. Communicate regularly with families to provide updates on school activities, student progress, and opportunities for involvement.
● Administrative Duties: Assist the Principal in various administrative tasks, including budget
management, scheduling, enrollment management, and compliance with state and local
regulations. Collaborate with other members of the administrative team to ensure efficient
operation of the school.
Qualifications:
● Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field, preferred
● Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
● Demonstrated leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills
● Knowledge of current educational best practices, and curriculum standards
● Commitment to the mission and values of Holy Family School and the Catholic faith
● Catholic candidate preferred

Our Lady of the Visitation Church (Cincinnati, Ohio), a parish of 2,400 families, is seeking a full-time Music Director to work with our cantors, adult choir, and school-aged choirs to continue developing our music program. The Music Director is responsible for directing all aspects of the music program including planning and providing music for weekend Masses, weekly school Masses, Holy Days, funerals, weddings, and other liturgical events. The ideal candidate should be proficient in choral conducting, organ, and Catholic liturgy. Our Lady of the Visitation is part of the Divine Mercy Family of Parishes.

The Director of Digital Engagement is an innovative change agent and collaborative leader responsible for ongoing content creation geared toward evangelization, while at the same time evolving and improving the digital platforms and approaches of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. The Director is responsible for: (1) writing and producing compelling digital content that brings to life the beauty, goodness and truth of the Catholic faith; (2) creatively driving engagement of Catholics, especially young adult Catholics, with this content; and (3) contributing both strategically and executionally to the various priorities of the archdiocese and the Department of Communication & Evangelization. The Director is the archdiocese point person for digital agency Heroic Strategies and email platform Active Campaign, as well as any future such digital providers.

The Director of Digital Engagement collaborates closely and congenially with the entire staff of the Department of Communication & Evangelization, as well as other archdiocesan offices. The Director of Digital Engagement must be a model of professional conduct and always represent the Archdiocese of Cincinnati with honesty and integrity.
