Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Advancement database, including gift processing, acknowledgments, and maintenance of donor, alumnae, and prospect records. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and conduct regular data review to maintain the integrity of records, including identifying and resolving duplicate records and ensuring appropriate coding.
• Process and accurately record donations, grants, pledges, pledge payments, event sponsorships, etc., following department procedures.
• Track and maintain multi-year pledges and accompanying documentation and acknowledgments.
• Produce accurate financial and constituent reports, queries, exports, and mailing lists as directed.
• Serves as a liaison to Finance Department to ensure accuracy of gift/donation] records. Maintain working knowledge of established gift-processing and audit procedures and ensure compliance with those standards.
• Conduct prospect research and provide information to support donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Support fundraising campaigns and Advancement initiatives through data management, reporting, list preparation, donor communications, and other operational needs.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for Advancement events, including registration, guest lists, nametags, and other event-related activities as needed.
• Remains current in required and voluntary training in the field of Advancement. Pursues training necessary for enhancing skills.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling donor, financial, alumnae, student, and family information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Requirements:
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT or other fundraising databases preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
