Salem Heights Living Center is seeking to hire a full time Administrator. 

Salem Heights is a primary residence for retired Sisters as well as a place of hospitality for members of the Sisters of the Precious Blood in northwest Dayton, Ohio.  Salem Heights consists of 51 apartments allowing Sisters to age in place in a non-licensed setting of independent and assisted living with support services.  The administrator of Salem Heights is responsible for managing operations, staff, budgets, and participating in the strategic planning and implementation for the future of Salem Heights.

Candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in health care or social work related field, and a minimum of 3-5 years experience in health care or senior living center management.  A master’s degree or advanced health care certificate is desirable.  The preferred candidate will demonstrate the ability to work well as a team with a high degree of collaboration and dedication.  Commitment to a religious faith tradition is desirable.

The Church of the Incarnation in Centerville, Ohio, is seeking candidates for the position of Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry.

The Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry will expand the current high school youth ministry program and will develop and initiate a young adult ministry. The Church of the Incarnation in Centerville, Ohio, is seeking candidates for the position of Director of Development.

This role involves organizing various fundraising campaigns and activities for Incarnation church and school, as well as large-scale fundraising initiatives, working with parish members, developing an annual fund and building relationships with donors, staff and volunteers. The development director will also implement major giving and planned giving fundraising strategies. They should have an established background in coordinating nonprofit donation strategies and staff/volunteer leadership.

A Full Time Pastoral Associate/ Administrative Assistant is needed for St. Joseph/St. Raphael/ St. Charles parishes in Springfield, OH.

Primary duties include:

  • Managing and posting to various social media formats including Facebook and the parish website
  • Preparing and editing the weekly parish bulletin
  • Assisting other pastoral staff with various parish programs including our Vacation Bible School, CCD, and RCIA
  • Coordinating volunteers for decorating the church, arranging flowers, and other activities
  • Entering and editing donations and other parishioner information into our database

Strong communication skills a must, along with strong computer skills to include using databases and Microsoft Publisher, Excel, Word, etc.
