Crescent Family of Parishes is seeking a Director of Music & Worship for the family.  Some duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinates scheduling and planning of combined liturgies and coordinated approach to liturgical seasons within the parish family
  • Supervision of other staff musicians and supply help in the parish family
  • Ability to be sensitive and have respect for musical culture of the five parishes in family
  • Direct music at 2 parishes in the family whose music programs have been combined for many years
  • Trains, directs, and supervises one choir, instrumental ensembles, and cantor programs.
  • Excellent organ and piano skills with additional instrumental knowledge preferred
  • Oversight of Worship Commissions and Liturgical planning
  • Maintains and develops personal and professional skills

Cresent Parishes S-6 is comprised of Church of the Resurrection (Bond Hill), Holy Trinity (Norwood), Nativity (Pleasant Ridge), St. John the Evangelist (Deer Park) and St. Saviour (Sycamore Twp).

St. Joseph, Pillar of Families Parishes seeks a faith-filled, organized, and compassionate Coordinator of Religious Education to guide and support the religious formation of children in Grades K–6 at their Holy Angels Campus. This individual will serve as a key leader in implementing parish catechetical programs, preparing students for the sacraments of first reconciliation and first communion, and cultivating a joyful, Christ-centered learning environment.  Hours would be part-time at 19 per week:  Wednesday evening classes; occasional weekend hours for events/sacramental celebrations; and some seasonal flexibility for summer religious education programs.  This position reports to the pastor.

The St. Michael the Archangel Family of Parishes is seeking a part-time Communications Specialist who can accomplish the mission with minimal supervision. The Communications Specialist will work closely with the Communications Director to create content that shares the St. Michael Family story and vision. Strong writing and verbal communication skills are essential to this role, as is experience with Wix (or similar platform) and Adobe software.

The Coordinator of Youth Ministry (CYM) provides vision and coordination for all efforts in ministering to young people from 6th through 8th grades across the St. Gregory the Great Family of Parishes. This includes occasional weekly activities, monthly activities, and catechetical events, as well as organizing and carrying out a summer program (currently called SGG’s “ TEEN ‘E’ FEST ”.) The CYM will coordinate those and other activities as appropriate and as directed by the Associate Director of Youth Evangelization.

The Director of Business Operations is a key member of the Family Leadership Team (FLT) and reports directly to the Pastor. This role is responsible for the effective administration and stewardship of the Family of Parishes’ (Family) physical, financial, and human resources, supporting the Pastor in his governance ministry. The Director ensures compliance with all Archdiocesan standards and regulatory requirements. This position serves all households within the Family and oversees the planning and implementation of the annual budget, the development and enforcement of policies and procedures, and the management of facility operations.

Divine Mercy Family of Parishes is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Coordinator of Youth & Family Evangelization. This position reports to the Director of Evangelization and is a key member of the Evangelization Team. The Coordinator accompanies parents and their children (grades PK-8) through a discipleship pathway, so that they encounter Jesus and become His missionary disciples. The ideal candidate is a faithful disciple of Christ, a joyful witness who is able to build relationships with parents and volunteers, and can effectively communicate the beauty, truth, and goodness of the Catholic faith to adults and children.
