The Our Lady of Light Family of Parishes, which includes the Church of the Incarnation and St. Francis campuses, is seeking a database manager. This is a full-time position. Those interested in this position will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the Our Lady of Light Family parishioner database (currently eCatholic / Gabriel) and online calendar (currently CalendarWiz). The job requires a wide range of skills and abilities in database and calendar administration, reporting, and data analysis. Other responsibilities include managing the department’s donor services processes (receiving, data entry, thanking
and receipting all donations) and training others as needed.

Major responsibilities and essential functions include database management, data extraction and reporting, calendar administration and other administrative functions.

The Maintenance 1 will work in a float pool environment assigned to a campus and traveling between campuses as needed. Maintenance 1 personnel will answer directly to a Facilities Site Manager.

EXPECTATIONS

  • Answers to the Facilities Site Manager
  • Five-day work week {40} 8 hr. Days with some variable and flexible hours, some evenings, weekends
  • Travel between campuses is expected.
  • Full time Daily Hours Expected 7:30 – 4:30
  • Part Time schedule to be determined with the director of Facilities operations.
  • On site except for Campus Business
  • Ability to Maintain confidentially.
  • Ability to comply with all Specs, Best Practices, Operating Procedures implemented.
  • Ability to Learn and Use all technology equipment and software provide.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with a variety of people.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & REGULAR ACTIVITIES

  • Ensures adherence to rules and guidelines set forth by the Pastor, Family Leadership Team, and The Director of Facilities Operations
  • Ensures compliance of all, Federal, State, and Local, laws and ordinances, and regulations that pertain to safe and compliant campus operations.
  • Ensures the campus is maintained in a clean, safe and secure manner.
  • Makes both interior and exterior repairs as directed.
  • Performs Repairs, Maintenance, and Cleaning as directed.
  • Maintains a good working repour with School and Parish Staff
  • Will be responsible for the exterior appearance of assigned campus; this includes mowing and trimming.

The Associate Director of Children’s Evangelization (Associate Director) reports to the Managing Director of Evangelization and is a key member of the Youth Evangelization Team. The Associate Director accompanies children, grades PK-5, and their families, through a discipleship path, so that they encounter Jesus and become missionary disciples. The Associate Director is responsible for the overall running of the PreK-5 Discipleship Formation program, including the homeschool component.

The Associate Director should be a committed Catholic disciple with experience in creating and implementing content, comfortable and energetic in front of large groups of people, able to accompany children and parents along their journey of discipleship, and able to recruit, engage, and form other adults for the critical work of discipleship formation for children. This person should be a team player who understands ministry in a large church context; someone who is a self-starter, reliable, detail-oriented, and driven; who is excited to join a growing Catholic community with a vibrant culture. The role will require a firm understanding of our parish mission, vision, and youth discipleship pathway.

The Coordinator of Youth Sacraments (Coordinator) reports to the Managing Director of Evangelization and is a key member of the Youth Evangelization Team. St. Joseph Pillar of Families Parishes is looking to hire either two Part-Time Associates Directors of Youth Evangelization for Grades 1-6 or one Full-Time person two cover two campuses. Do you like the flexibility of a part-time position of 19 hours per week or would you prefer a 40 hour full-time job with benefits?  We have a unique opportunity in that we are looking for either two part-time employees to fill the open positions of Associate Director for Youth Evangelization Grades 1-6 at Sacred Heart of Jesus in McCartyville and the same position at Holy Angels, Sidney.  This could also be one full-time employee with full benefits who would fill both positions working out of the Sidney office.
