Old St. Mary’s Church is seeking a Director of Sacred Music.

The Director of Sacred Music is a part-time position and is supervised by the pastor. The director is responsible for the overall execution of the parish’s music program in line with applicable Church documents. The director produces all liturgical music programs, procedures, and budgets for the music program in cooperation with the pastor. The director plans and executes music for both the Traditional Latin Mass and the German Novus Ordo Mass, in addition to Sunday and major feast day Vespers services and other para-liturgical services throughout the year.

St. Albert the Great Parish in Kettering, OH is seeking a full time bookkeeper.  The bookkeeper will oversee the parish and school’s financial data by maintaining accounts payable and receivables, prepare month ending reports and bank reconciliations.  Additional duties as needed.  The position includes full benefits. Experience is required.  Candidates must be proficient with MS Office and maintain confidentially in all matters.  Familiar with ParishSoft software a plus.

St. William Parish is seeking to employ students, 16 years and older, as Summer Maintenance Assistants during the summer to support its building maintenance and renovations.

 

Skills learned include:

  • Plumbing
  • Locksmithing
  • Carpentry

Prior experience is welcomed but not required. Assistants will work under the direction of full-time maintenance staff. 

 

Student Maintenance Assistants are hired up to 40 hours a week. The work day is from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday unless directed otherwise by a full-time supervisor.

The summer work schedule begins June 1, 2022.

St. James the Greater (White Oak-Cincinnati) is seeking candidates for the position of Coordinator of Religious Education.

The CRE will be responsible for guiding the religious education for our pre-school and elementary level children.  This includes working with the administrators and staff in our grade school (570 students), developing and administering the PSR program (Parish School of Religion for students in public schools), and Sunday pre-school program.  This individual will also share in the catechesis of youth in OCIA and development of summer Bible camp.

Recommended qualifications: a degree in theology or related field (Master preferred); a minimum of three (3) years teaching experience in a Catholic school; certification by the archdiocese as a Catechetical Leader.

The Director of Faith Formation for the parish Family of All Saints and St. Vincent Ferrer, administers (designs, develops, directs and evaluates) all parish Family catechetical and evangelizing programs for the combined parish Family of over 2300 families.   Through the religious education and sacramental preparation of our youth, this position builds lasting relationships with families, thus setting the stage for adult faith formation opportunities. Experience with family catechesis and both digital and analog programming are essential elements of this position.  Must be a Catholic in good standing.  Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry, Religious Studies or equivalent required. Master’s Degree preferred.  Minimum of three years ministerial experience in a Catholic parish. This is a full time position.

May require evening and weekend hours.
