St. Cecilia Catholic Church is a vibrant parish rooted in our Catholic tradition and located within the city limits of Cincinnati, Ohio in Oakley. After 46 years of service to St. Cecilia Parish, our director is retiring in January 2024. At this time we are seeking a Director of Sacred Music to fill this position.The Director of Sacred Music will be part of a zealous staff leading people to holiness, through worship, truth, and beauty. The Director of Sacred Music is the organist as well as the choir director who is responsible for all aspects of the sacred music program including planning and providing music for weekend Masses, weekly school Masses, holy days, funerals, weddings, and other liturgical events. The ideal candidate should be proficient in choral conducting, organ, and Catholic liturgy. Masters degree preferred, but not required.

The Coordinator of Adult Discipleship is a person who is passionate about making and maturing disciples by uniting a basic understanding of Church teaching with a great love for people at any step in their walk with Jesus. The ideal candidate should be an inspirational leader with excellent relationship skills, and a strong vision for building faith-based communities where people can get connected with one another and grow in an intentional way in Christ. The Coordinator of Adult Discipleship should be a committed Catholic disciple with experience shepherding and developing small group ministries, comfortable and energetic in front of large groups of people, and must be able to recruit, train, and care for dynamic leaders. This person should also be a team player who understands ministry in a large church context, a self-starter, reliable, and driven who is excited to join a growing Catholic community with a vibrant culture. Saint Gabriel the Archangel Family of Parishes is searching for a part time administrative assistant to assist our Hispanic Ministries Priest and program across a few of our parishes.  The primary locations for this position will be St. Peter Parish in Huber Heights and Our Lady of the Rosary in Dayton.  The position is part-time, possibly 20 hours a week, it may require some evening or weekend hours.  Candidates must be bi-lingual (Spanish and English) and complete and maintain Safe Parish training and background check.

Responsibilities include maintenance of financial records, payroll, bank reconciliations, tuition management and collection, audit preparation, supervising third party facilities contracts. Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field.
