Holy Family Parish & Our Lady of Sorrows are together hiring a full-time Director of Religious Education. The Director of Religious Education provides the leadership, administration & supervision of volunteers for all adult and child faith formation programs for the parishes, including the Parish School of Religion (PSR), Small Church Communities, Bible Study & Sacramental preparation. Candidates will have the ability to lead faith formation opportunities and to equip parishioner volunteers to carry out the faith formation programs for every age at both parishes. The Community of the Good Shepherd located at 8815 E. Kemper Rd., Cincinnati, OH  45249 is looking for a part-time Audio-Visual Coordinator. The person in this position will be responsible for operating the computer and video projector equipment which shows the Sunday Communion meditation, as well as, recording special events/programs, and Masses. The person in this role will assist with the live streaming of the morning Masses and funerals as needed, perform routine maintenance tasks on the electronic equipment, maintain/archive meditations, back up computer files, and serve as the staff liaison to the audio-visual ministry.

The person in this position must know, or learn, how to use the program Proshow Audiovisual and the Easy Worship Software and any other software that is purchased and used during each of the Masses or special events/programs.

This is a 20–25-hour weekly position requiring weekends, weekday mornings, afternoon, and some evening hours. There is flexibility with the schedule.

St. John the Baptist in Tipp City is searching for a part time pastoral musician who will lead the music at two weekend Masses, play for funerals and weddings, and other liturgies as agreed upon with the Region Director for the St. Gabriel Family of Parishes.  The candidate should be well versed in playing the piano, playing the organ, and leading and rehearsing the choirs for both weekend liturgies.  Compensation is based on liturgies and rehearsals led by the musician.  Must complete and maintain Safe Parish training and background check. Primary Function of this Position: Develop and coordinate youth ministry for 7th-12th grade adolescents, promote young adults’ (ages 18-30) activities within the parish, train youth in grades 1st-12th in virtue and the lives of the saints. (These programs are already in existence, but will allow for individual creativity.)

Education and Training: Bachelor’s degree in theology, religious studies, religious education, or related field preferred, but all applicants will be considered.
