Holy Family Parish in Middletown is seeking a part-time Coordinator of Religious Education who will be primarily responsible for our Parish Religious Education Program (PREP) for Grades K-8 with approximately 100 children and Sacramental Preparation of PREP children and St. John XXIII students.  Other duties will include coordinating Vacation Bible School, Baptism Preparation Class, assisting with RCIA, Safe Environment Coordinator (for the parish only) and possibly Training and Scheduling of Liturgical Ministers.

Are you excited about your Catholic faith?  Do you want to share this enthusiasm with our youth?  Our parishes are dynamic communities with great potential to better reach out and serve our youth.  The Tri-County Catholics Family of Parishes seeks a full- time Director of Youth.  This person will be responsible for a parish-based ministry to junior and senior high youth, along with outreach to college-age and young adults in these parishes, in collaboration with the Director of Youth Ministry at St. John Church. We are seeking a person to be active and visible with our students in St. Michael School, and to collaborate with St. Gabriel Consolidated School; to plan events integrating catechesis and service with social, community-building activities. They will foster close communication with families of youth and collaborate with sports teams and scouts.  The director will assist in developing a ministry with young adults in the area, both those currently attending a university and those who have graduated, building on the progress which has already been made.  Other duties may be assigned as needed by the parish or discerned with the Pastor. Within the Tri-County Catholics Family of parishes, our staff members realize that job descriptions and roles will likely be reimagined during the Beacons of Light pastoral planning process.

A Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Catechesis/Education, or a related field is preferred.  Spanish speaking ability will be a plus. The applicant will need to be SafeParish compliant before beginning work.

Maintenance Worker/Full-Time: Saint Peter Parish and School in Huber Heights is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Worker.  The maintenance worker is responsible for a variety of tasks related to building and grounds maintenance of our church and school.  Mechanical skills in electrical/wiring, plumbing, painting, carpentry is a plus.  This position works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor of our region of parishes.  Qualified candidates will be able to work independently, communicate professionally and prioritize tasks.  Some weekend work may be required.  All employees are subject to the Archdiocese of Cincinnati’s Decree on Child Protection Guidelines through the SafeParish platform.  Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
