The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Coordinator for Hispanic Youth Ministry. The Coordinator is a critical member of the Hispanic Evangelization Team who works to live and execute the vision and mission of the Center for the New Evangelization in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. The Coordinator serves the mission by coordinating archdiocesan youth and young adult evangelization efforts for Hispanics and supporting Hispanic youth and young adult evangelization efforts in parishes.

The Coordinator collaborates closely and congenially with the entire staff of the Center for the New Evangelization (CNE) and the Department of Communication & Evangelization, as well as other archdiocesan offices. The Associate Director for Youth Evangelization advances the Archbishop’s teaching ministry by working to promote youth evangelizing catechesis in the context of the process of evangelization. The Associate Director reports to the Managing Director for Parish Evangelization and is an active member of a dynamic team that seeks to form, coach and accompany parish evangelists across the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. The Associate Director will have a special focus on coordinating youth evangelization efforts in grades K-12 as part of an overall mission to renew parish evangelization.

The Department of Communication & Evangelization in the Center for the New Evangelization of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking an Associate Director for Hispanic Evangelization.

The Associate Director for Hispanic Evangelization promotes and safeguards the teaching mission of the Church and exercises this teaching authority as delegated by the Archbishop. The Associate Director is expected to develop a strong understanding of the Hispanic Catholic communities across the archdiocese and build productive, collaborative relationships within those. The Associate Director works as a member of the Hispanic Evangelization Team under the direction of the Managing Director in providing diocesan oversight for Hispanic ministries in parishes, advocacy for the needs of the Hispanic community, and formation and certification of Hispanic leaders.

The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Director of Faith Development. The Director will be tasked with providing oversight and support to Campus Ministers, teachers of Religion, and Theology departments within the 88 elementary and 23 secondary schools in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. The Director will also vet educational resources and programs for orthodoxy and quality. He/she must practice and have a love of the Catholic Faith, and a desire to use his/her God-given talents to lead souls toward salvation.

The Director of Faith Development will report directly to the Deputy Superintendent of Catholic Identity, work with the Catholic Identity Team, and build productive and mutually respectful relationships with all co-workers and Catholic school personnel.
