The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of Moeller’s Mission and talent strategy. This person will function as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team regarding key organizational and management issues.  In addition, this person is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall Mission and strategic direction of the school, including cultural consistency, change management, and organizational development. The HR Director provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, stakeholders, and the board of directors.  This position reports directly to Moeller high school’s president.

Major Gift Officer manages and solicits a portfolio of donor prospects with an estimated philanthropic capacity of $10,000 or more. The Major Gift Officer will report to the Vice-President of Advancement and will work closely with the President and Directors of Advancement to assist with the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of assigned major gift prospects. The Director of Facilities is responsible for the complete oversight and control of the buildings and grounds on the campuses of Archbishop Moeller High School and the Moeller Athletic Center. Duties encompass a combination of planning, project management, personnel and subcontractor supervision and some hands-on preventative and repair work.
