The Dean of Curriculum is Royalmont Academy’s chief academic architect—responsible for building coherent, mission-driven academic systems while ensuring instructional excellence across K–12. This leader is deeply grounded in curriculum, pedagogy, faculty formation, and accreditation, and brings a leadership-oriented lens to academic design. While not expected to personally design all leadership programming, the Dean must value, understand, and intentionally integrate leadership formation into curriculum and learning experiences in collaboration with school leadership. The ideal candidate is a faithful Catholic educator who balances clarity, humility, and vision—someone who builds strong academic structures, coaches’ teachers effectively, and helps translate Royalmont’s mission into daily classroom practice.

Fiat Classical Academy is a private Catholic high school located in Aurora, Indiana, close to Cincinnati, Ohio. We are seeking a part-time Physical Education and Health Teacher, (or full-time multi-discipline teacher, if the candidate can teach other courses that are posted) to join our committed team.

Applicants: We are seeking applicants who are practicing Catholics, who love the Faith, and are willing to take an Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium whose lives are a witness to students, families and the surrounding community.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (or work experience in that field). Teaching experience would be preferred but not required. Training in classical pedagogy will be given to all new faculty.
